RETURNS PROCESS
In the event that you receive the incorrect item, or if your item is damaged, Thread + Butter will be happy to exchange the item or process a refund. To return an item and/or apply for a refund, please get in touch at gtobias@threadandbutter.com
. Once we receive your return, you will receive confirmation from us by email. You can then expect a refund within 7 working days. Please note that we are currently not able to offer exchanges on international orders. Customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for the duties, taxes and shipping costs that may occur. Please note that Thread + Butter is not liable from any damages incurred from external courier and shipping services.
CARING FOR YOUR ALPACA PRODUCTS
We recommend that all alpaca products are dry cleaned and do not recommend any other methods of cleaning or care. We do not accept returns that are the result of improper care. Please see here for more information on caring for your alpaca products.
